BRITISH FASHION COUNCIL in association with WAREHOUSE

Having sent my portfolio to the British Fashion Council nationwide competition to find an up and coming fashion photographer, i was shortlisted to the final 4. This meant that I went to London to spend an hour photographing 2 of the 8 design students who had been shortlisted for the British Fashion Council's design competitions final university collections. The above photographs are what I submitted from this hour of work. I won the competition and am now undertaking a 6 month internship doing the fashion photography for Warehouse and soon to have a spread in the sunday Times Style magazine of the BFC design winner, Shivani Chavda's, collection.

LOU LOU

EXHIBITION

My first solo exhibition - 10 Clifton Arcade, Clifton village. 1st, 2nd, 3rd April. Having spent months creating ideas for photo shoots I decided it was time to frame some work and have it on display. I took a week or so to find the perfect location which was a small empty shop in beautiful Clifton village. I set up on the Friday morning and had the private view in the afternoon. I kept the gallery open for two more days in order to sell some pieces to cover costs. It was a successful and extremely enjoyable weekend. Thank you to all who came, and an even bigger thank you to those who bought my work!
